If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will offer you a refund or store credit if the jewellery is returned unworn in its original packaging to our offices in Johannesburg within 2 weeks of delivery.
It is advisable to order at least 6 weeks prior your wedding day. If ordering close to your wedding date please contact us by email to ensure that the stock is available and will reach you in time. In stock items are dispatched with our courier within 2-3 days of order. Out of stock items are dispatched within 30 days.
Courier delivery takes between 1 to 3 days dependant on your location.
